4.把豆浆煮开，豆浆涨起来时开小火，开盖煮8分钟，要小心溢锅；

5.在碗里加入适量的榨菜，油条，鲜酱油和葱花；

6.冲上煮沸的豆浆即可。

1.打豆浆的时候黄豆和水的比例至少在1比6，否则豆浆太浓了，如果有豆浆机那就更方便了，用搅拌机的话，如果搅拌机不是很大，那么就要把黄豆分次加水打浆，每次加水到8分满左右；

2.煮豆浆千万不可用小锅，因为豆浆沸腾后会马上涨起来很快会溢出来，所以一定要选择锅身比较高的锅子比如高压锅就不错；

3.大豆中含有胰蛋白酶抑制素，这种抑制素能抑制胰蛋白酶对蛋白质的作用，要想充分利用大豆中的蛋白质，就必须通过充分浸泡、磨细、过滤、加热等处理方式，来消除胰蛋白酶抑制素的不利影响。实验证明开盖煮沸9分钟可以把豆浆中的胰蛋白酶抑制剂活性降低85%左右。其次，生豆浆中还含有一种叫皂甙的物质，皂甙如果未熟透进入胃肠道，会刺激人体的胃肠黏膜，使人出现一些中毒反应，出现恶心、腹痛、呕吐、腹泻、厌食、乏力等。一般豆浆煮到80℃的时候，它就会出现一种假沸现象。这时候，很多人就误以为豆浆已经煮熟了。正确的方法是，煮豆浆的过程中，要敞着锅盖，边煮边搅拌均匀，这样既能让豆浆里的有害物质随着水蒸气挥发掉，也可使其受热均匀，充分加热，此后还应适当减小火力继续加热至泡沫消失豆浆沸腾经过5～10分钟这时的豆浆就彻底煮熟了。

酱油放的多颜色是好看了，但是现代人讲究健康，不要吃的太咸了啊！
