香菇油菜饺子

1、将油菜洗净,放入热水中焯烫一下,先烫菜梗的部分,菜叶部分后烫,时间不宜过长,捞出后用清水过凉,切碎,稍稍挤挤水,不要挤得太干

2、香菇洗净切碎,锅中放入少许油,用油将香菇煸香,铲出后凉凉备用

3、油条切碎备用(为了怕油菜出汤,油条可吸收多余的水分)

4、调馅,将油菜,香菇,油条碎倒入盆中,加入切好的葱末,加盐,香油,少许糖(为了提鲜),搅拌均匀,备用

5、如果下班回家晚,来不及和面,擀皮,为了浔石饴侧省时省力,用买来的饺子皮包饺子也可,过程略,锅中水开后下入包好的饺子,煮熟即可
