5、面团分成大小相同的小剂子,擀成中间厚四周薄的饼。

6、红豆馅如图中包入面饼中,团圆,不漏红豆馅即可。

7、依次将剩下的全部包好,放入蒸锅,盖锅盖二次发酵。开火蒸20分钟,焖5分钟。
