不能用来修饰interface有static 或final来修饰。

接口中的方法默认的都是public的，这是接口的一种规范public的才能被实现接口中定义的字段也只会是static final的网上有人打了个比方：接口是用来定义一种（对象之间的）交互规范的，当然必须是public的。打个比方。
