6.要做到外焦里嫩,首先油温一开始烧到6成热,手放在锅子上有点烫或者鸡蛋糊放点进去会沸腾起来。放入豆腐炸的时候记得马上开小火,否则一下子焦了,要从小火变中火,最后出锅前再大火。
7.炸好后可以把豆腐放在厨房用纸上,这样可以吸走一部分油。
8.调料可以根据个人喜好,特别是喜欢吃辣的话,沾着辣椒酱吃应该非常过瘾,当然尝试番茄酱,芝麻酱,花生酱,牛肉酱等等都是不错的选择。
