石英管真空封装原理

1、第1步，石英管缩颈抽真空后开始烧结缩颈，缩颈部位烧至凹陷即可Step 1: Silica tube neckingFrit the necking after the vacuumizing until the necking part gets sunken

3、第3步，烧结封管抽真空充气氛后，烧结石英柱的位置进行真空封管Step 3: Fritting and seali荏鱿胫协ngFrit the silica column and conduct tube sealing after the vacuumizing and gas atmosphere filling

4、封管成品封管完成后可以贴上样品标签以便于区分样品Sealing and completionPaste the sample label to identify samples after the completion of tube sealing
