英语语法之冠词（1）

1、冠词是在名词前的一种虚词。英语冠词分为定冠词，不定冠词和零冠词。

a bird is flying

the kid is cute

knowledge is power

2、定冠词the表特指和类指。

eat the breakfast（就是指这早餐）

3、不定冠词a/an 有一个的意思，也能用于类指和特指。

a pen is on the desk

4、零冠词就是不加冠词。现在很多抽象名词，专有名词前都用零冠词。

hangzhou is the capital of zhejiang

5、冠词总是与名词在一起。在单数可数名词前可用定冠词和不定冠词。

we walked along a river（不定冠词表类指）

the cover of the book is beautiful（定冠词表特指）

6、复数可数名词前可用定冠词和零冠词。

the water of the creek is remarkably clean（定冠词表特指）

water is essential to our body（零冠词表类指）
