零厨艺自制特级味精做出五星级的酸辣土豆丝

那么健康的味精怎么做呢？

原料：蘑菇 香菇虾米

做法：

1.新鲜的蘑菇买来后冲洗干净；

2.把蘑菇切片后放入铺有锡纸的烤盘上温度设定在120度到150度左右，烤成蘑菇干为止，时间要在一到两个小时左右；

3.干香菇清洗一下(干净的话不清洗也没有关系），虾米也清洗一下后放在一起同样放入烤盘烤到干燥为止；

4.把烤干的香菇，蘑菇，还有虾米放凉后放入搅拌机的研磨器里粉碎，放在一起搅拌，可以多磨几次这样更细腻；

分享我的美食经验：

1.土豆丝要用水冲一下是为了冲去其表面的淀粉，这样炒的时候就不会沾锅；

2.根据自己的口味选择炒制的时间，喜欢吃爽脆的就缩短时间，吃软棉的就稍微延长一点时间；

3.加白醋和普通的醋，颜色和口感没有区别，我用的就是普通的醋。

4.做味精时，所需的材料一定要烤干起水分，晾凉后才可以打成粉；

5.如果你没有烤箱，那就把食材放入锅里炒到没有水分为止，但是要注意控制好火候，你也可以选择直接在阳光下暴晒几天，也是脱水的好办法。

6.有时候我没有在菜里放盐很多人觉得我是不是忘了，其实还是新手对调料不理解，比如老抽是上色的，生抽就是调味的，不用再加盐了，今天的虾米里就有很多盐，所以基本可以不放盐，出锅时根据自己的口味自己来调节最好。

虽然土豆丝里夹杂这黑点点的自制味精，但味道那个鲜美啊，口感绝对一流，五星级饭店也做不出这个味的。

It is spring again and the window can be left open as often as onewould like. As spring comes in through the windows, sopeople——unable to bear staying inside any longer——go outdoors. Thespring outside, however, is much too cheap, for the sun shines oneverything, and so does not seem as bright as that which shootsinto the darkness of the house. Outside the sun-slothed breezeblows everywhere, but it is not so lively as that which stirs thegloominess inside the house. In fact the fundamental difference between a doorand a window has nothing to do with them being either entrances orexits. When it comes to the admiration of spring, it could be putthis way: a door makes it possible for one to go out, whereas awindow makes it possible for one not to have to. A window helps topull down the partition between man and nature. It leads breezesand sunlight in, and keeps part of the spring in the house. Itallows one to sit and enjoy the spring in peace, and makes itunnecessary to go looking for it outside.
