1、I messed up tonight这句话的知识点是“mess的用法”：mess可以用作名词或者动词，都是“混乱”的意思。最常用的就是mess up（把什么弄乱了，把什么搞糟了）。messed是mess的过去式。

3、I keep falling down这句话的知识点是“keep doing”（继续做、持续做）：继续前行：keep moving，注意这里用的动词一般是持续性动作的，比如read（读书）、move(运动)、run（跑）。
