用厨房剩肉菜做一款平底锅香葱面饼
做面皮：
9.容器里放200克左右的面粉；
10.加入一个鸡蛋；
11.加入少许胡椒粉；
12.加入盐；
13.加入发酵粉；
14.加入牛奶；
15.揉面直到面团变光滑；
16.盖上盖子让面团发到两倍大；
17.再次把面团揉一下，排气。
开始做面饼：
18.把面团分成小剂子；
19.在小面团中间旋转出一个小坑；
20.加入做好的馅料；
21.左手拇指摁住馅料，右手的食指和拇指捏起面皮,让面皮全部包住肉馅；
22.收口朝下；
23.轻轻摁扁；
24.放入平底锅；
25.刷上蜂蜜；
26.刷好后再刷一遍；
27.撒上葱；
28.用手稍微摁一下，确保葱都粘连在面皮上，小火两面各煎10分钟到两面金黄出锅。
小小的香葱肉饼，味道真的非常好！
今天做的是咸味的，没有放糖，只在表面刷了点蜂蜜，这样味道自然更好，带着香葱的味道，里面的肉香，夹杂这香油的味道，怎么让我感觉像是在吃咸月饼啊呵呵！
现在发觉平底锅做面饼真好用，最重要的是还真的一滴油也不用加，用烤箱烤怕粘住烤盘，怎么都得刷点油，而平底锅就不一样，你可以随时翻面，不会焦了的！
